Turkish Airlines Refund Didn't Arrive After My Card Got Stolen, Endless Requests
In March, I purchased two tickets from Turkish Airlines. Due to the death of a relative, I tried to cancel my ticket 10 days before the flight by both creating a notification and calling customer service three times. On the day I canceled my ticket, my credit card was stolen. They requested my new card details for the ticket refund. I provided this information three times through feedback. They still haven't refunded my money. I created another notification and called again. This time, they gave me the excuse that the refund could only be made to the original card used for the purchase. I explained that this was not possible as my card had been canceled. Two months have passed, and I still haven't received my refund. Yesterday, they requested a document proving my card was canceled and the death certificate of the person who passed away two months ago. I called customer service again for information. This time they said my ticket was not canceled and that I missed the flight, so no refund could be issued. If my ticket was not canceled, why did they make so many different requests from me? It is clear that they have caused me significant inconvenience. I will pursue my rights through all legal means.
