Turkish Airlines Refund Issue for Canceled Ticket
On May 22, my son was traveling abroad on flight TK1761 with a layover in Helsinki, Thailand. After passing through the final gate and having his ticket and passport checked, he was confronted by a Turkish Airlines employee, Mr. E***, who said, 'I don't like your look, I'm not letting you on.' Initially thinking it was a joke, my son realized it was serious after a prolonged argument and was not allowed to board the plane, causing his ticket to be forfeited. He had to purchase a new ticket for a flight four hours later. During this time, the employee remained at his post. We have proof as my son recorded the argument, and the incident's camera footage is available from the management for that day and time. Despite several emails to Turkish Airlines, my complaint has been ignored. I am seeking compensation for the ticket and hotel expenses incurred due to the insulting and arbitrary actions of the Turkish Airlines employee, as well as an apology for this incident.
Why didn't I get a response?
