Turkish Airlines Refund Check Not Processed
Turkish Airlines may be great for foreigners, but for Turks, it is a source of regret. Why does my country's airline company take weeks to process a refund that should have been done already? Why do they subject people to this kind of treatment? Let me explain; Turkish Airlines is not a company concerned with being local and national. Even in Kocaeli, one of Turkey's major cities, there is no Turkish Airlines sales office. This is their shortcoming. Blocking people's money like this to gain financial profit is not right. The company's arbitrary decision not to let me board the plane cost me ₺65,000. Their excuse was 'your destination country does not accept you'; however, I went to that country, traveled, and returned. But they have no sense of shame.
