Turkish Airlines Provided Poor Customer Service

Due to my father's emergency hospitalization, I hastily purchased a ticket for the next day by mistake through the Turkish Airlines app (an application designed to make errors, violating Consumer Rights). Upon realizing the ticket was for the next day within 20 minutes at the counter, no changes were made, and almost the entire ticket cost was deducted for cancellation. Despite pleading with the Amsterdam Airport counter, the Turkish Airlines representative there, and customer relations over the phone, we received no assistance. Only the ticket was canceled, and from a €490 ticket, we only got €124 back (we also paid €40 for cancellation). Despite explaining our situation, we were not understood, and with our remaining money, we managed to buy a ticket for the next Anadolu Jet flight. Our ordeal didn't end there; the Anadolu Jet flight faced delay after delay, and our plane took off with a 2.5-hour delay. We reached my father's side at 11:30 PM instead of the 11:30 AM flight. Now, Turkish Airlines, I ask you: How can you not allow cancellation, refund, or change for a mistakenly purchased ticket within 20 minutes? How can you not assist me despite explaining my father's emergency? What kind of business policy is this? Even low-cost airlines like Pegasus offer free cancellation and refund within 24 hours. How can we trust a well-established institution like yours in emergencies from now on?
