Hello, I intended to purchase a ticket for the London to Adana flight from THY. I secured the price by paying a fee on THY's website on 21/05/2024. However, when I attempted to buy the ticket today, I noticed that it was being sold at a significantly lower price than what I had fixed on the THY page. Upon calling the call center, I was informed that the deposit paid for the price fixing would be refunded, but they would offer assistance at the new lower price. As far as I understand, the price fixing policy is designed to protect against price increases rather than decreases. I'm at a loss for words regarding THY's adherence to such a policy.
