I Need Google to Remove a Fake Review From My Business Profile

I am the owner of the business listed on Google Maps as “Azra Döner Çorba Köfte.” Approximately three weeks ago, a user named “sccot Josef” posted a review about my business that is completely false, misleading, and does not reflect any real customer experience.

The claims made in this review are entirely unfounded and have damaged the reputation of my business. As a local business owner, I work hard to maintain customer satisfaction and provide quality service. Seeing inaccurate and potentially malicious statements publicly displayed on my Google Business Profile is both frustrating and harmful to my business.

I have submitted multiple reports and feedback requests through Google's review reporting system in an effort to have this review examined and removed. Despite these repeated attempts, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The review remains visible and continues to negatively affect how potential customers perceive my business.

False reviews can cause serious reputational damage, reduce customer trust, and directly impact business performance. I believe reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences and comply with Google's content policies. Reviews that contain fabricated claims or appear to be posted by accounts with no legitimate connection to the business should be carefully investigated.

I respectfully request that Google thoroughly review both the review in question and the account that posted it. If the content is found to be inaccurate, misleading, fake, or in violation of Google's review policies, I ask that it be removed from my business profile as soon as possible.

I do not want the reputation and goodwill that I have built through years of hard work to be harmed by a review that does not reflect reality. I hope Google will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to protect businesses from false and damaging content.
