Google Must Remove Coordinated Fake Reviews From Our Business Page

We are Naturel Araç Döşeme Çanakkale, and within the last 24 hours, our Google Business Profile received 18 one-star ratings from fake accounts that appear to have been created or used by the same person or group. These ratings have significantly lowered our business’s average score. At the same time, it is clearly visible that the same person or accounts gave five-star ratings to a competing business’s Google page in Çanakkale.

We have taken screenshots of all the suspicious one-star ratings given to our business, as well as the five-star ratings given to the competing company. These screenshots are available as evidence. The accounts in question do not appear to reflect normal customer behavior, and it is clear that the ratings were submitted in a coordinated and manipulative manner.

We first noticed this issue approximately two months ago, and since then we have contacted Google repeatedly through every available channel. We submitted emails, support requests, and relevant forms with all the details, asking for an investigation and resolution. However, no solution has been provided, and we have not received a satisfactory response.

We request that Google investigate these suspected fake accounts and the ratings they submitted, remove the false and manipulative reviews, and take effective action against this kind of unfair competition. We do not accept that the reputation we have built over years of hard work can be damaged within hours through fake accounts. We ask Google to review this matter urgently and make the necessary corrections. We will also attach the relevant screenshots to this complaint.
