Turkish Airlines Overbooking Compensation Issue and False Promises

To summarize briefly, we were not allowed to board the Turkish Airlines TK1958 flight on April 14th at 14:45 from Amsterdam to Istanbul due to overbooking. We were informed that we would fly on a flight 3 hours and 40 minutes later and that my wife, daughter, and I would each receive €400 as compensation. As has happened to many, at Istanbul Airport, Turkish Airlines claimed they had no cash and told us to 'create a feedback report.' We provided all necessary information with report number TK-10663893. After 12 days of difficulties, likely due to our persistent social media efforts, they closed the case by saying 'Your check amounts have been refunded' without providing any receipt or screenshot in the email. Of course, no payment was made, so I created a new feedback report (TK-10720897) requesting a receipt/document/screenshot, but as expected, there was no response. Meanwhile, on April 30th, I filed a report with SHGM and today I will file a complaint through CIMER. When I called again this morning, they created a new report (TK-10756441) stating that there was no response to my receipt request within 7 days, buying themselves another 7 days and creating a bureaucratic whirlpool that knowingly traps the customer. The situation Turkish Airlines has fallen into for such an amount is appalling. There are countless complaints on social media and here. This non-payment issue seems to have become a corporate reflex. I will now pursue my rights through the General Directorate of Civil Aviation. I urgently request that my compensation be transferred to the account numbers I provided without further ado.
