Turkish Airlines Mobile App Issues and Flight Delay

I wanted to buy a ticket for a domestic flight from Turkish Airlines. As usual, I logged into the mobile app. It allowed me to select flights, then said, 'You need to purchase this flight through Anadolu Jet.' I agreed and downloaded the Anadolu Jet app. I entered the same information again. Then another warning appeared: 'You need to purchase this flight from ajet.' Patiently, I downloaded the ajet app and bought the tickets. When I tried to check in, the ajet app asked for the PNR code for the tickets I had purchased. I patiently entered the code and attempted to check in. While I was expecting my digital boarding pass to be generated, it didn't appear. I thought, 'It's pointless to expect this app to save my actions,' and I patiently went to the kiosks to print my boarding pass. I started waiting for the flight. Then, a surprise development occurred; the flight was delayed by one hour. I patiently waited again. It seems that Turkish Airlines does not see us as customers. It's a shame.
