I Experienced Inconvenience Due To the Situation Between Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet
I purchased an Anadolu Jet flight through the Turkish Airlines application. Later, I canceled my ticket to buy another one and agreed to have the cancellation fee transferred to my TK wallet instead of my credit card, as I intended to purchase another ticket. However, as of April, I learned that Anadolu Jet flights would no longer be sold on the Turkish Airlines app, and I was unaware of this change, which caused me inconvenience. Currently, I cannot use the money in my TK wallet. When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was informed that the money could not be refunded to the bank. The customer service representative advised me to create a feedback record to address my grievance. I detailed my situation and created a record, but the response I received was an email containing the rules and information I already knew, stating that my request was not possible.
