Turkish Airlines Misplaced Baggage for Two Days
I had a terrifying experience flying to Paris on Air Canada and then connecting to Turkey on Turkish Airlines. My luggage did not make it with me when I arrived in Turkey. I immediately contacted THY, who assured me that my bag had been left in Paris and would be delivered the following day. To my chagrin, the next day I received an email from Air Canada claiming that my bag would depart that evening. This inconsistency raised red flags. When I called Turkish Airlines in the morning, they gave me the same unconvincing response: "We're still investigating." However, when my son called a few moments later, he received a completely different response. This is completely unacceptable! This baggage disaster has caused significant financial and emotional distress. Both airlines must be held accountable, in my opinion. As a passenger, I felt vulnerable and unprotected due to their lack of consistent and reliable responses. This nightmare experience has severely damaged my faith in their services.
