Roblox Deleted My Account With 113,000 Robux Worth of Progress — I Never Cheated
My Roblox account, which I had been building for years, was wrongfully terminated under the accusation of cheating. I created the account under the username @cagosago in December 2019, and on May 15, 2026 — the same day I got a new monitor — I suddenly discovered without any prior warning that my account had been deleted for alleged cheating. The account was originally created on a phone when I was young, and I spent years developing it from that point forward.
The email address I believe was linked to the account was cengizbayraktar@yahoo. As far as I can verify, I had 51,000 Robux in my account, with a total accumulated value of approximately 113,000 Robux. I invested nearly seven years of my time and significant financial resources into this account — yet it was shut down on cheating grounds despite the fact that I never used any cheats, never installed any third-party programs, and never took any action that would violate the game's rules.
In an attempt to resolve this, I emailed Roblox support and submitted multiple support tickets — every single one was met with automated bot responses, the same copy-pasted messages over and over, with no concrete explanation ever provided. I had previously received a 6-month ban when a friend used my account for exploiting, but even then my account was never fully deleted.
My requests to Roblox are as follows: first and foremost, I want my account reinstated and the cheating accusation removed. If restoring my account is not possible, I am asking that clear, detailed log records proving the alleged cheating be shared with me. I do not accept the unilateral deletion of nearly seven years of progress and a substantial Robux balance based on an accusation I firmly deny, and I am requesting that this matter be properly investigated and my grievance addressed.
