Itemsatış Seller Never Delivered My Roblox Adopt Me Balloon Unicorn

On May 27 at 6:14 PM, I purchased a Balloon Unicorn for the Roblox game Adopt Me through Itemsatış. The seller never delivered the item, failed to engage with me properly, and I constantly felt brushed off. I did not cancel the order and kept waiting.
However, after 24 hours had passed, the system automatically confirmed the order — meaning I lost my money without ever receiving the Balloon Unicorn. My order number for this transaction is #9350246.
After this happened, I contacted Itemsatış customer service, and they directed me to the support section — but I was unable to complete the necessary steps there either, and my issue remained unresolved.
Despite never receiving the item, the transaction was auto-approved and my payment went to waste. I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for order #9350246 as soon as possible.
