Getcontact Needs to Remove a False Harassment Label From My Profile

I want to formally object to a comment I noticed today on my Getcontact profile. A user identified as "N.C." has left a comment stating "Keeps bothering me, please help" — a claim that is completely false and defamatory in nature.
I do not harass anyone, and this comment unjustly portrays me as someone who bothers others, damaging both my reputation and my personal rights. Although I have already reported the comment through the app, the matter is still listed as under review.
I am requesting that this baseless comment, which clearly violates your community guidelines and my personal rights, be permanently and immediately removed from my profile. I also ask that the account responsible and the comment itself be thoroughly reviewed if deemed necessary.
