Getcontact Kept Charging My Card for 4-5 Months After I Canceled My Premium Subscription

I purchased a Getcontact Premium membership last November. Despite canceling my subscription both through the app and through the Play Store, my card has continued to be charged regularly for the past 4 to 5 months. I am deeply frustrated by this and find these ongoing unauthorized deductions completely unacceptable.
The email address registered to my account is *@irmakzerga92*. Even though I canceled my subscription, money continues to be taken from my card without my consent. I am requesting that this be corrected immediately, that all unauthorized charges from recent months be refunded in full, and that my Premium membership and subscription be permanently and completely terminated.
