Turkish Airlines Misled Me About Airbnb Gift Card Restrictions

Turkish Airlines Miles & Miles Program is a disaster. They allow you to convert about-to-expire miles into gift cards, which sounds great in theory but fails in practice. I redeemed 15,385 miles, roughly the cost of a one-way trip to Europe, for a €100 Airbnb Spain gift card. However, Turkish Airlines failed to inform me that the voucher could only be used by residents of Spain. If that is the case, why does the website even ask users to select the country where they intend to use the gift card? This lack of clarity is frustrating. Turkish Airlines, once a source of pride, is rapidly tarnishing its reputation with such poor service and misleading processes.
