Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Miles Lost Unexpectedly
I attempted to convert my flight miles from my Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles account (TK455590743) into Shell Smart points, but all the miles I converted were lost because they did not match the Smart card number (Shell Club Smart card number: 70044103305414115). Despite writing a complaint to the relevant company, I received a response stating, "We cannot provide a positive response."
If the points cannot be transferred to a mismatched number, shouldn't the system warn me with an error message? This situation feels misleading! All my miles have disappeared without reason. I urgently expect my miles to be restored to my account—totaling 14,000 miles (1,750 miles multiplied by 8).
If my miles are not restored due to the system's restrictions, I will pursue this issue through all available channels.
There has been no response or progress for 2 days, they have erased my miles* I will not recommend it to anyone. Miles and Smiles is a regret. I will cancel all my guaranteed MS and other cards.
