Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Account Hacked—Miles Stolen

My Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles account was hacked on March 6, 2025, and my phone number was changed without my permission! Someone accessed my account, changed my contact information, and stole all my hard-earned miles. When I contacted Turkish Airlines customer support, all they did was tell me to submit a complaint. This is outrageous! How can a global airline like Turkish Airlines have such weak account security measures? It's completely unacceptable that something as serious as unauthorized account changes and theft of miles can happen so easily.

I demand that Turkish Airlines immediately secure my account, restore my original phone number, and return my stolen miles promptly.
