Issues with Turkish Airlines and Anadolu Jet Flight Cancellation and Communication

I purchased a plane ticket from THY for the GYD-ESB flight on 22.05.2024 at 17:00. My brother bought his ticket from Anadolu Jet for the same date and time 1.5 months later. We planned our vacation accordingly. As the flight date approached, my brother received an SMS stating that his flight was canceled. However, I did not receive any notification. We tried to clarify the situation by calling multiple times. While my brother could change his flight to 24.05.2024 at 17:00, I learned from THY that the flight belonged to Anadolu Jet and that they could handle the process. However, Anadolu Jet said that since the ticket number started with 235..., THY should handle it, and even mentioned that the flight was not canceled. After confirming with different representatives multiple times, I ended my vacation early and arrived at the airport on 22.05.2024 at 17:00. I couldn't get clear information from any official. Such a flight was not visible on the website or the flight control screen. Finally, an official, unlike the others, didn't just look at the screen and dismiss me but actually dealt with the issue. I was told that they couldn't cancel my ticket. In another call with THY, I was informed that there might be an issue with the application and that my ticket number needed updating. They processed it by giving me a different ticket number for the same date and time. Thus, it appeared as if I had made a one-time change, but in reality, I didn't. The only thing that changed was my ticket number. The THY representative said I could switch to a connecting flight, but since a change had already been made, there would be a price difference. As approval was not received, I had to buy a new ticket for another day.
1- Despite calling and notifying multiple times, why am I being misinformed and inconvenienced due to the communication breakdown between THY and Anadolu Jet?
2- Despite requesting clear information and having numerous conversations, why does no employee take notes and follow up on the issue, or investigate and provide feedback to me or others in similar situations? Is the issue not being tracked?
3- Despite expressing that I do not want a connecting flight, when I requested to change to the 22.05.2024 22:00 GYD-Istanbul-ESB flight and mentioned that I needed to make it to an exam over the weekend, why couldn't I reach an official who could take quick action? We are advised to provide feedback, but even urgent feedback takes a week to be addressed. If I couldn't find or buy another plane ticket, I would miss my exam, causing another inconvenience. I request feedback and resolution of my issue.
