Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage But Didn't Compensate It Yet

Hey, so on September 8, 2023, my wife's luggage got lost on the TK7803 flight from Düsseldorf to Ankara. We had a bad experience with the ground services company, TGS, at Ankara Esenboğa Airport. They work with Turkish Airlines (THY). We couldn't get the help we needed, and on top of that, they were really rude to us. It has been a complete 45 days since our difficult experience started. They asked for a detailed list of what was in the luggage, and we gave it to them on October 9th, 2023. However, we haven't heard back from them yet. Can you please help us out and let us know how much longer this will go on? Our family has been flying with our national airline, THY, for both domestic and international flights for years. But, after this incident, we don't plan on flying with THY again.
