Google Play Renewed My Subscription After I Canceled It

I purchased the Premium version of the Yazıyor app through Google Play in June as a three-month subscription. I canceled my subscription through Google Play on September 12. Despite this, my subscription was automatically renewed on September 15, and a payment of 480 TL, approximately $10, was charged to my card on September 21. I did not initiate either the renewal or the payment.

When I tried to cancel the subscription again, I received a message stating that no such subscription could be found in the system. My Google Play order number is GPA.3365-5647-0289-58934. I have also attached a screenshot of an email from Google Play stating that the payment was declined and would be canceled.

I kindly request that my subscription be completely terminated effective September 12 and that the 480 TL payment, approximately $10, charged to my card on September 21 be refunded to my card.
