Franke FDWS 614 D Dishwasher Not Working

I have been using a Franke FDWS 614 D dishwasher that I purchased approximately 9 years ago and had installed in Bodrum, Turkey. From the first day, the machine has never washed at full performance or delivered the quality I expected, despite being a high-priced product that I chose believing it would be top quality. Most recently, a more serious problem has emerged. When I want to start a program, the glass symbol lights up, the machine emits a constant beeping sound, no program can be selected and the washing process cannot be started at all. In other words, the dishwasher is now completely unusable. Over the years, Franke authorized service has intervened 2–3 times at different times for the performance problems, and I have paid almost the price of a mid-range new dishwasher in total for these service and repair costs. Despite all these interventions and expenses, I have never been able to use the product with satisfaction, and now it has reached the point where it does not work at all. This situation has created a very serious disappointment and a loss of trust for me regarding both the product quality and the service network of such an expensive brand. At this stage, I request that my dishwasher be replaced with a properly functioning new product if possible, and if that is not accepted, that it be fully repaired free of charge so that it operates smoothly. I expect Franke to take responsibility for this product, which has caused continuous problems and high service costs, and to resolve my grievance promptly and in a customer-oriented manner.
