Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Provided Lack of Resolution on an International Trip
During my international flight with Turkish Airlines, our luggage was lost and was not delivered to us throughout the trip. Since December 15, 2023, despite calling Turkish Airlines' call center and relevant teams at the general directorate, I keep receiving feedback like 'Your request is being reviewed, please provide the date you received the luggage and your travel expenses.' I have provided this information at least 5-10 times.
They have an incredibly poor customer service team and processes. I am curious about the service level agreement (SLA) duration they apply to resolve a customer's complaint.
If the relevant teams at the general directorate do not make a compensation payment within 1-2 business days, I will apply to CIMER and the consumer court. I am taking this matter very seriously now and expect a resolution.
