Idle Cat Gunner Purchase Missing After Losing Account Access

I would like to file a complaint regarding a purchase I made in Neptune’s *Idle Cat Gunner: Shooter RPG*. On September 21, 2026, at around 8:24 PM, I purchased an in-game package to remove advertisements. I was charged approximately $11 through Ziraat Bank, and I have the payment receipt as proof. Immediately after the purchase, I tried to link my account, but I accidentally selected an option I did not understand, and I am now unable to access my account.

I cannot access the game, and the advertisement removal package I purchased is also not showing in my account. In other words, I have paid for a service but have not received any benefit from my purchase. I have suffered a loss because my payment was processed, but my account became inaccessible and the purchased package disappeared.

I request either a full refund of the approximately $11 I paid or that my account be restored and the advertisement removal package be activated on my account. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
