Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Caused Inconvenience
On July 3, 2023, we planned an 8-day tour of Italy and handed over both my and my spouse's luggage at Istanbul Airport. However, only one suitcase reached us. I was left without my luggage for 5 days in Italy, causing me significant inconvenience and additional expenses. Despite making the necessary communications and providing receipts for my expenses, the response I received was negative. My luggage arrived two days before the end of my vacation, on the 5th day, with broken wheels and a damaged bottom. I found the customer service and the Turkish Airlines staff I contacted to be indifferent and dismissive. I do not intend to let this matter go, as I want to ensure that others do not face the same treatment. I will initiate all necessary actions.
