Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage
My luggage was left behind when I flew with Turkish Airlines to Venice on July 23rd. My luggage was nowhere to be found when I arrived in Venice, so I immediately reported it to the lost and found desk, providing my hotel addresses. My bag would be delivered, they assured me. However, when I returned to Turkey on July 29th, my luggage was still missing. During my one-week stay in Italy, I experienced significant financial and emotional distress. To make matters worse, they informed me on my return flight that I wasn't listed on the outbound flight, and my luggage almost didn't make it back. How could this be? I was already on the plane! I had to deal with this problem for two hours at Rome Airport, barely making it on time. I demand that the financial and emotional distress I've been subjected to be resolved as soon as possible.
