Turkish Airlines Lost Baggage Irresponsibility
On Tuesday, August 15th, I had a connecting flight from Trabzon to Edremit airport. In Trabzon, my check-in was only done to Istanbul. I almost missed the flight. I was assured there would be no issues with my luggage. When I arrived in Edremit, I found that the luggage of three other passengers and mine were missing. I was told that it would arrive the next day by plane and be delivered to me by Thursday. Today, I learned that it was sent via standard cargo and will be delivered on Saturday! Not only is this irresponsible, but they also claim it's standard procedure. Other airlines provide same-day courier services, but they don't. No one is taking responsibility! There isn't even a platform to file a complaint, and nobody cares. I'm left without clothes while on vacation, and I will be returning in a few days, so there's no compensation for this! Turkish Airlines is unfortunately a simple establishment that doesn't take responsibility!
