On January 21, 2024, at 14:05, the Istanbul-Kahramanmaras flight by Turkish Airlines was canceled and rescheduled to 14:55. I left my wife and 3-year-old daughter at Istanbul Airport and headed back to Kirklareli. When I reached Pinarhisar, I received a message that the flight was canceled. I started returning to Istanbul, and half an hour later, I received information that we would be transferred to the Gaziantep flight. Tickets were issued for the 15:00 Gaziantep flight, and then we received another message that this flight was also canceled and rescheduled to 15:45. Due to these situations, my daughter was distressed and cried for minutes at the airport, and we suffered both financially and emotionally, as well as lost time. The message mentioned operational reasons, but there were no operational issues in Kahramanmaras that day. I request compensation for my financial and emotional losses. I urge Turkish Airlines to take necessary actions regarding this matter.
