Turkish Airlines - Issue with Promotional Ticket Activation

I purchased a promotional flight ticket from Turkish Airlines for my family from Adana to Istanbul. Later, my spouse couldn't make it due to some reasons. I called customer service and requested to hold the ticket. The customer representative assured me that the ticket was put on hold. When my family wanted to travel again, I contacted Turkish Airlines to reactivate the ticket. I then found out that the ticket was canceled because it was a promotional ticket. They reviewed the call recordings and acknowledged that the customer representative made a mistake and found me right. However, despite trying three times to reactivate the ticket, I couldn't use it. Now, they are saying the ticket must be used by May 12th. I am saying that I do not want to use this ticket anymore. I want a refund for the amount I paid for these tickets, minus any applicable deductions, because I have been dealing with this issue for a year now. Enough is enough.
