Skyscanner, Turkish Airlines, and Kuveyt Turk Issue with Non-Refundable Ticket
I booked a ticket with reservation code wm8bdf through Skyscanner, which redirected me to the Turkish Airlines website. It was around 3:00 AM. By mistake, I selected January 11, 2024, instead of January 12, 2024, for my departure date. The ticket was marked as non-changeable and non-refundable. I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service to request a cancellation, refund, or a change to a later date, but my request was denied. When I reached out to Skyscanner, I received the same response. I also contacted my bank, Kuveyt Turk, to request the cancellation of the transaction in the authorization stage, but they did not approve it either. As a result, I am dissatisfied with Turkish Airlines, Skyscanner, and Kuveyt Turk bank for not assisting me. Now, I have two tickets to Ankara for Thursday and Friday. I might have to travel on Thursday, return by bus, and then travel again on Friday. It would be great if I could transfer one of the tickets to another person, but that is not possible.
I am also complaining about Skyscanner and Kuveyt Türk.
