Turkish Airlines Website Error Caused Me to Pay Extra for Ticket Change and No Refund
On September 15, 2024, I purchased a ticket from Antalya to Istanbul. Due to an error on Turkish Airlines' website, the ticket was issued as if it was from İzmir Airport. I had to make a change and ended up paying over a thousand lira to change the ticket. I submitted feedback regarding this, but my refund has never been processed. I reported this issue again, but still no refund has been made. I don’t understand the reason for this; I am asking for my refund, but they simply refuse to process it. I believe this company is taking advantage of people with shady practices to increase their profits. I even asked to be blacklisted by them, but they refused to do that as well. I warn others who are buying tickets to be cautious, or you might end up paying extra fees too. Just so you're aware.
