Turkish Airlines Overcharged for Primefly Package

I purchased a ticket for the 02/02/2023 6:40 AM SAW-ESB flight from Turkish Airlines using their mobile app. While trying to select the Ecofly package, a confirmation screen appeared, but due to a malfunction on my phone screen, I couldn't see it clearly. After completing my transaction, I realized that my ticket was upgraded to the Primefly package, and I was charged an additional ₺200. When I tried to switch back to the lower Ecofly package and get a refund for the difference, an extra ₺40 ticketing fee was charged for the change. However, the price difference was not refunded. When I contacted customer service and explained the situation, they informed me that if the fare difference in flight changes is in favor of the consumer, it is not refunded. If they were not going to refund my money, I requested that they re-upgrade my package and provide the services I paid for, but they said this was also not possible. As a result, I paid a total of ₺240 for a service I did not use, and my money was effectively taken without any refund or assistance in using the service I originally purchased. Despite claiming to be one of the world's most prestigious airlines, Turkish Airlines consistently causes issues with their pricing policies, and I am very dissatisfied with these absurdities.
