Turkish Airlines Incomplete Information on Flight Change

Turkish Airlines sent a message on August 12, 2023, stating that my ticket at Sabiha Gokcen Airport was canceled due to force majeure. However, this message did not mention the airport change, which was more important than the time and date change. They provided incomplete information.

I changed my ticket to August 13. It didn't occur to me that there could be an airport change. This is an important issue, and it was not communicated in the message. On August 13, I arrived at Sabiha Gokcen Airport. They informed me that my ticket was from Istanbul Airport. I had to cancel the ticket, and my tickets were wasted.

After canceling the ticket, I received a message from Turkish Airlines stating that my flight time was changed from 08:40 to 09:55. If I had received this message before canceling, I could have made it to Istanbul Airport. I suffered financially and emotionally. I will never trust Turkish Airlines again.
