Turkish Airlines Flight Change Caused Me to Miss My Next Flight
On December 24, 2023, my flight TK7331 from Ordu Giresun Airport to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, scheduled to depart at 11:25, was changed to depart from Samsun at 15:30 due to force majeure. I also had a connecting flight PC 260 from Sabiha Gokcen to Podgorica at 16:35. When I contacted Pegasus customer service to report the delay and ask for guidance, they informed me that ground services would assist me since I had a connecting flight, even if it wasn't with the same airline. However, I couldn't find any assistance at Ordu Giresun Airport. Upon arriving in Samsun, THY representatives said there was nothing they could do because my connecting flight wasn't with the same airline. When I contacted Pegasus customer service again, they couldn't help either as it wasn't their issue and the flight time was approaching. Despite the problem not being personal, the airlines caused this inconvenience. I believe it shouldn't be this difficult to find someone to address the issue and provide a solution.
