Turkish Airlines Refund Process Delayed - Requesting Help for Further Action

When I requested a refund for my ticket purchased from Turkish Airlines, my call with customer service lasted 40 minutes but was disconnected, leaving the refund unprocessed. Turkish Airlines called me back, but they quoted a different refund amount, leading me to file a complaint with the feedback department. Since April, this department has been stalling, and I have had to submit constant feedback. The value of my refund has significantly decreased. I intended to purchase a ticket in September, and with the refunded amount, I could have bought it at a much better price, but now I can’t even afford a ticket with that refund. If anyone has experienced a similar issue with Turkish Airlines, I would greatly appreciate advice on where to file a complaint.
