When I requested a refund for my ticket purchased from Turkish Airlines, my call with customer service lasted 40 minutes but was disconnected, leaving the refund unprocessed. Since April, this department has been stalling, and I have had to submit constant feedback. The value of my refund has significantly decreased. I intended to purchase a ticket in September, and with the refunded amount, I could have bought it at a much better price, but now I can’t even afford a ticket with that refund.
