Turkish Airlines Istanbul-Gaziantep Flight Ticket Issue
On 06.05.2024, I purchased a ticket for the Istanbul-Gaziantep flight scheduled for 23:05. When I went for ticket processing, the female employee there told me she couldn't provide the ticket number and directed me downstairs for assistance. When I reached the boarding point downstairs, the gentleman there said he would either put me on the next flight or I should wait and see if a seat becomes available. I explained that I had already bought a ticket and asked if I needed to check-in. He rudely insisted that I wait in the corner, making me feel humiliated. Despite explaining my situation, no one cared. The time frame is recorded on cameras, and you can verify this through necessary investigations. If Turkish Airlines has come to this, it's a shame for our country. I will no longer travel with your airlines. I do not forgive this treatment.
