I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Disrespectful Staff and Delays of Turkish Airlines

I experienced disrespectful staff and negligence from Turkish Airlines on January 2, 2024, during flight TK2677 at 17:50. The flight departed late, and upon landing, we were kept waiting inside the plane for an extended period. I had a connecting flight with ticket number TK2342. Despite having 10 minutes to spare, my connecting flight had already departed. The staff's response was shocking: 'This must be your first time experiencing this; such things happen. There's nothing we can do, go to the authorized unit to get a new ticket.' The authorized unit's staff were casually chatting and laughing among themselves, saying things like 'He seems to be in trouble,' which was very unprofessional. People have jobs and schedules to keep, and it's unacceptable to cause such inconvenience. You have no right to disrupt people's plans.
