Turkish Airlines Flight Issue and Lost Luggage
(12.02.2024 21:40 TK 0772 Istanbul Airport Kuwait flight) Due to health reasons, I left the gate and within 2 minutes they closed the doors. Anyway, I accept that it was our problem and they were not obliged to wait. Later, my spouse and I bought tickets again from Turkish Airlines for the next flight. (13.02.2024 at 02:00) Your staff did not check my ticket. After we bought the ticket, they said that my return flight was canceled. There was no problem with my spouse's ticket. My ticket was a sequential ticket. Due to a staff error, my return ticket was canceled. I request compensation for my inconvenience. We have preferred Turkish Airlines for years. I want this error to be corrected. Also, one of our suitcases was lost. We had trouble with that. We retrieved it on our own efforts one day later, yet it still shows as being searched in the baggage tracking system.
