Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Issue on February 15, 2024

I am unable to understand how my flight ticket for Turkish Airlines' February 15, 2024, 07:55 AM flight was sold to someone else. Due to an issue with the check-in system, I couldn't complete my check-in process. I arrived at Istanbul Airport one and a half hours before my flight to check in and scanned my ID, but I was told that my passport and ID record couldn't be found.
Later, we were directed straight to a supervisor, and I believe our time was wasted there. With one hour left until the flight, we were told that we were late and couldn't board the flight.
This situation is unacceptable. If I were alone, it might have been different, but we arrived at the airport with a baby and four adults, and there was still an hour left before the flight. I demand compensation for this situation, otherwise, I will take the necessary steps.
