Turkish Airlines Anadolu Jet Adana Flight Check-in Issue

Hello, today on February 17, 2024, we had a flight from Adana to Istanbul at 19:50. Our family of three arrived at the airport one hour before the flight. However, due to delays at the security check, we were informed that the gate had closed by the time we reached the check-in point. They told us we could not board the plane without our luggage, and we were not allowed to board. Later, they claimed that there was no flight at that time and that our names were not in their records. Despite being three people—my sister, my niece, and I—none of us had a ticket record. When we showed our tickets on the phone, it became clear that the flight was full and our tickets had been sold to others. We had to reschedule our tickets and incurred a loss of ₺1820. Our financial situation is already strained, and having to reschedule to avoid losing the tickets made our situation worse. I request compensation for this inconvenience and reimbursement of the additional fee we paid for the ticket.
