Firstly, hello, on 29/03/2024, I purchased round-trip tickets for my spouse and me from Istanbul to Batumi and back to Istanbul on 03/04/2024 with reservation code U27BAT. While there were no issues on the outbound flight, upon arriving at Batumi airport for the return flight, we learned that the flight was canceled 5 minutes before departure without any information or announcements. No official provided any information. We took all our luggage and returned to the hotel. The next day, we were told there would be a flight from Rize. We took a bus in the morning to the Sarp Border Gate. Due to my neck and shoulder surgery, we crossed into Turkey after struggling with our luggage for an hour at the Sarp Border Gate. Then, we took a bus to Rize airport and went through the same procedures. Although the screen displayed Turkish Airlines, we were boarded onto an Anadolu Jet flight. If no solution is provided for the issues listed below, I will take all legal actions in sequence and initiate legal proceedings. 1) Due to my health issues, I bought round-trip tickets to Batumi with Turkish Airlines for ₺14,000. I could have bought much cheaper tickets to Rize. 2) Due to the two implants in my neck and the surgery on my left shoulder, I am prohibited from carrying more than 1 kg, yet you forced me to carry luggage for hours. 3) I could not use the transfer service at Istanbul Airport for which I paid ₺2540. 4) I could not make the planned shopping at the duty-free shop. 5) Despite paying the exit fee and buying the ticket to avoid carrying luggage, how is it that I was flown from Rize with Anadolu Jet? 6) According to the doctor's report from Yesilkoy International Hospital, doctors are concerned about the condition of the implants in my neck.
