Turkish Airlines Flight Gate Closure Issue

Good day, today I had a flight from Antalya to Ercan. I called Turkish Airlines three times with my brother, and the call center informed us that since I am over 12 years old, no consent form was required. My father was also with me. Later, we faced issues with Mr. K*** who was handling the check-in process at the airport. He delayed us for an hour and we had problems with the police. Despite resolving the issue within 20 minutes, we were not allowed to board the 19:25 flight due to Mr. K***. He laughed and said, 'I'll get you on the flight tomorrow,' and we were asked to purchase another ticket for ₺1560. My father, who will be at work tomorrow at 19:25, gave me a notarized consent form and left. Now, I am here alone until tomorrow; I have no water, food, or place to stay. Please help. My brother frequently flies with Turkish Airlines, and I feel embarrassed. Please address my grievance immediately. My father's financial situation is limited, and we had to pay ₺1560. We also paid ₺500 for a taxi to avoid being late. Despite all these efforts, facing such a situation upset me. I am doing well in my studies, trying to be a good person, and I hope to choose you in the future. Please find a solution now.
