Turkish Airlines Refund Not Processed for Extra Legroom Seats

It's been a month and I still haven't received my refund from Turkish Airlines! I purchased extra legroom seats because my husband is tall. When we boarded the flight, there was another row of seats in front of us! We informed the flight attendant, who called ground services five times, but no one came until 15 minutes before takeoff. When they finally arrived, they scolded us and left! I suspect they didn't want to disturb the comfort of the foreign passengers in front of us. We endured the most uncomfortable 10-hour flight. Since then, I've been trying to get a refund, leaving feedback 5-6 times, but still no refund! This is driving people crazy! I'm writing here and will also write to CIMER. You know how to rent an office on the 75th floor of the Empire State Building, but you don't provide the service I paid for and keep our money! Shame on you!
