Turkish Airlines Flight Delays and Cancellations
On October 1st, Turkish Airlines repeatedly delayed the 7 PM Kastamonu flight until 11 PM, eventually canceling it around 10 PM. My 84-year-old mother had to take a taxi to the airport and waited for hours without food. Those with private vehicles left, and a few people were taken by shuttles around 1 AM. We rescheduled her ticket for today, October 3rd, and she boarded the shuttle again, but we received another message. The 7 PM flight was postponed to 8 PM. I can't afford to transport her with a private vehicle; I paid for a taxi yesterday and she paid for the shuttle service. Today is the same, and I don't know what will happen tonight. We are stressed and anxious. You claim to be Europe's best airline, but you are causing hardship for elderly people. Everything is perfect for those who can afford it.
