Turkish Airlines Flight Delay Caused Major Inconveniences

I purchased a ticket for a flight from Istanbul Airport to Ankara on 12/02/2024 at 08:00 to provide training to the upper management of a company. The return flight was scheduled for the same day at 16:55. My ticket number is 2352211901520, and my reservation number is RL7YVE. I left my house at 06:00 and arrived at the airport by taxi; everything was going smoothly. However, after boarding the plane, we faced consecutive problems, and eventually, the technical team had to come onboard. After waiting for them, we learned that our plane was changed and that we would depart at 10:50. Due to this delay, I had to postpone the training day because it was no longer feasible for me to conduct the training. I requested a new ticket for the next day and had to wait a long time at the sales office due to system issues. I then returned home. I experienced significant inconveniences, including the dissatisfaction of the company and its employees, losing a day's earnings, waking up at five in the morning and setting out at six only to not be able to complete my work (I am 54 years old), the difficulties in rescheduling the training for both me and the company, spending my entire Monday, February 12, waiting inside and outside the plane until 12:00, and incurring considerable taxi expenses for traveling to and from Istanbul Airport. I reported my complaint to Turkish Airlines, but no action was taken. I was the one who suffered.
