I had booked a flight with Turkish Airlines from Copenhagen to Istanbul, and then from Istanbul to Izmir. My Istanbul to Izmir flight was originally scheduled for 20:50. This flight was first rescheduled to 02:00. During this time, we learned that we could get information from the Hotel Desk by asking around the airport. At the Hotel Desk, Mr. D***** was extremely indifferent. Due to his careless attitude, he didn't even tell me that I needed to collect my luggage. After exiting the airport, I felt the need to ask another staff member, who informed me that I needed to collect my luggage. I had to go through a lot of procedures again to get my luggage. To summarize, my flight was delayed once more, this time to 09:55. For a flight delayed from 20:00 to 09:55, we were only entitled to a hotel stay. No meals, breakfast, etc. were provided. Apparently, these are the procedures. Frankly, I did not expect such a response from a company like Turkish Airlines. I felt the need to report this as a complaint.
