Delayed Turkish Airlines Flight from Bosnia to Istanbul Causes 9+ Hour Delay


I was on flight TK1026 from Bosnia to Istanbul, then Istanbul to Gaziantep. Because there was a delay of "1 hour and 20 minutes" in Bosnia, I could not get on my other flight when the gates closed early, even though I barely made it to the other flight before departure, they could not transfer me to the 06.00 am flight because they oversold the tickets, they gave me a ticket for the next 08.30 am flight, when that flight was delayed, we waited at Istanbul Airport for a total of "8 hours" from 01.20 am to 09.20 am, I called customer service (02.19), Sunday is very busy; don't go. When I insisted on going, they gave me a meal voucher before kicking me out. They said, "We'll give you a food voucher again in the morning; return in 5 hours." When I arrived 5 hours later, the desk staff informed me that it was almost time for the flight, there would be no food, it would be difficult at the hotel, you had the right, but blah blah blah. I filed a complaint, and they said, "Send me your receipts for your expenses during the delay hours, and we will throw the money away. I did not shop because I had no idea what would happen. I am not an influencer or a frequent flyer. In summary, I was delayed for 9 hours and 20 minutes, listened to the idle chatter of the playful desk staff with a glass of water, and did nothing to end my victimization. It took 14 hours as if I were traveling by bus. What do I know about THY? What about the airplane? They're mocking me.
