Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Lost Luggage Issues
Hello, my name is Erkan M****. I have a complaint that I have written about several times but have received no resolution. On May 30, 2023, I purchased a ticket for your 11:30 AM flight from Van to Istanbul. We were told we would arrive in Istanbul by 12:55 PM. By 12:15 PM, the plane had still not taken off. I was traveling to Istanbul to buy a car. I begged the seller to bring the car to the airport by 2:30 PM, and he agreed, saying he would give the car to someone else if I was late. By 3:04 PM, we were still on the plane in Istanbul. I spent so much money and effort, only to miss the car. To make matters worse, I sprained my ankle running through the airport and couldn't leave my hotel for two days. You are the pride of our nation's airlines, and you should not be causing us such inconvenience. In February, I returned from Medina, and my luggage was missing. It contained dates and gifts I had bought. I contacted you, and you asked for a receipt. Who has ever been given a receipt in Medina? We buy things and bring them back.
