Wild Rift Missing Wild Cores After Two App Store Purchases

Today at around 9:02 PM, I made two separate Wild Core purchases in Wild Rift through the App Store. I was charged 250 TL for each purchase, for a total of two payments. Only one of the purchases was credited to my account, while the other was not added. I should have had a total of 1,275 Wild Cores, but the game currently shows only 850 Wild Cores in my account.

I will attach a screenshot to my complaint clearly showing the issue. I have not yet contacted either in-game support or the App Store support team regarding this problem.

I request that the missing Wild Cores be credited to my account or that the necessary refund be issued for the purchase that was not credited.
