League of Legends AFK Players Not Getting Penalized While Others Get Banned

I am experiencing a serious problem with toxic and AFK players in League of Legends. In three matches, I had an AFK player on my team twice. When I submitted a ticket about this and checked the screenshots and information provided, I saw that these players had not received any penalties. However, when it comes to my own account, I get penalized immediately.

I have spent a significant amount of money on this game, yet Riot Support does not seem to care about my concerns or provide meaningful assistance. It is extremely frustrating to see other players repeatedly causing problems for their teams without receiving penalties while my own account is punished so quickly.

At this point, I do not know what else I am supposed to do. Do I really have to go to Riot Games' office in Kadıköy and explain the situation to someone there one by one? I simply want my complaints to be taken seriously and the AFK and penalty system to be applied fairly and consistently.
